Recipe: Take 4 to 5 large size onion cut into long pieces and
add reqired salt to onion then keep a side 10 to 15mintes,then
after onion will loose its water in that add Sanaga pindi(Basan
,gram flour)and mix well tightly and then add green chilli
piceses,ginger peast ,cloves powder and curry leaves thenmix
well and after that add heated oil one or two large spoons to
the mixed flour (for that pakoda will made cruchy and crespy)
whole flour will wet with oil and onion water only.(if nesasary
add a little bit of water,if whole flour it already wet need not
required the water ,tip).
take kadayei pour oil heat leave the flour in oil bit by bit with
finger then after fry deeply untile gloden brown colour and
remove ,serve. easy method and too simply with minemum ingradents.
