Yellow pumpkin bellem (jajery) curry.
Recipe: With ingradents explaing.
First take pumpkin clean and cut into large size of pieces with out peel.

Take a bowl switch on the stove pour oil three large spoons heat it well

then add finelly chopped onions , green chills and curry

 leaves,fry it well and then add red chilli powder,termaric

 powder a little bit and pumpkin pieces,then close  the lid 

two to three minutes and then add suffiecent water,add as

suffiecent salt and boil it well and then add finally bellem

(jajeri) two to three small cups and steir well and then boil 

it well and steir untile water is evoparated,then switch off 

the stove.(If u want at the begning add jeera,musterd 

seeds,blck gram and red chillis on oil for tempering).

Evening snacks onion pakoda home made.

Recipe: Take 4 to 5 large size onion cut into long pieces and
add reqired salt to onion then keep a side 10 to 15mintes,then 
after onion will loose its water in that add Sanaga pindi(Basan 
,gram flour)and mix well tightly and then add green chilli 
piceses,ginger peast ,cloves powder and curry leaves thenmix 
well and after that add heated oil one or two large spoons to 
the mixed flour (for that pakoda will made cruchy and crespy) 
whole flour will wet with oil and onion water only.(if nesasary 
add a little bit of water,if whole flour it already wet need not 
required the water ,tip).
take kadayei pour oil heat leave the flour in oil bit by bit with 
finger then after fry deeply untile gloden brown colour and 
remove ,serve. easy method and too simply with minemum ingradents.

Home made samoosa evening snacks.

we made it with pure onion stuffed smaoosa.

Receipe :First pour three large table spoons of oil in bowl and heat it well and keep aside then immideatly

Take two middle size cups of medha flour or all purpose flour in abowl then add required salt and mix it well with heated oil first ,mix well the flour untile wet with heated oil (heated oil means somoosa became crispy)and then add required water mix well flour and keep aside.

For stuff : take a pan pour two spoons of oil add chaopped onions ,green chilli,1/2table spoon of red chilli powder and coriander leaves add required salt and just sort it ,let it be cool aside. ( Use as potatos,carrot or corn etc as stuff as wish) we used onion to made hear.

Then take mixed flour ,made into small balls,then make too thin chapthes then let it heat just a minute on towava pan,then cut it into 3inches wiegth and 9 inches long pieces ,fowled into try angle with curry stuff ,then dip on oil deep fry untlile golden brown colour,ready to serve.

Mushrooms cashew curry
Recipe expling with ingrdents.
Take fresh mushroom cline on hot water and cut into mediam size pieces.

Then take three to four large onion make it into peast.

Then take a kadaye switch on the stove pour oil heat 

it then add onion peast,green chillis and curry

 leaves(if u want add tomatos)hear we are not added, 

,then fry it untile turn to gloden colour then add 

cashew and mushroooms,then add two large spoons of 
red chilli powder,turmeric powder a pinch mix it well 

close the lid 2 to 3 mintus,then add one large spoon 

ginger and garlic peast,add two large spoons of 

masala peast (to make masala peast puppyseeds 

jeera,dhaniya,cloves,dhalchina grind in mixer)mix well 
and then close the lid 2 to 3 minutes,then add as 

required to boil the cuury and add salt as required 

then boil well,if u want add ghee one spoon switch off the and serve.
